Distributed by Smarty Ears and developed by Chris Bugaj, an AT Specialist/SLP, this app was designed to assist professionals in documenting observations and considerations necessary to conduct a comprehensive assistive technology evaluation.  The app supports multiple methods of recording information (text, audio, pictures),  “generating rich, multimedia artifacts necessary for the purposes of documentation, analysis, and contemporary report creation” (Smarty Ears website).
