Dr. Arnold has over 12 years experience in conducting rural rehabilitation research, publishing, and speaking extensively on the topic. Over the past eight years, her research has focused on critical issues in rural vocational rehabilitation and employment outcomes. She is nationally recognized for her research on self-employment for people with disabilities.
