Bio

Ellen has served as the Principal Investigator and Project Director for over 6 different transition projects; Linkages to Employment, WISER, GTW and EMGTW. Ellen's areas of interest include: Employment, Systematic Instruction, Transition, and Social Security Work Incentives. She has over 20 years experience working with individuals with disabilities in residential, school and employment settings. Her experience is in the capacity of direct service, management, advocate and provider of technical assistance. She has provided numerous trainings and technical assistance in the areas of: Customized employment, Transition, Individualizing Supports, Systematic Instruction, Personal Futures Planning, Vocational Profile Development, Social Security Work Incentives and Natural Supports.
