Overview of Part C Services The Lead Agency is the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities in the State Department of Health and Welfare.  Regionally based state lead agency personnel DD programs primarily provide direct services.  The state is moving towards the provision of services in natural environments and moving towards the development of "routine based" IFSP services.  The Child Find system incorporates multiple referral sources coordinated by a single point of entry.

  • Collaborative screenings are conducted with Migrant Head Start and there is also collaboration with Tribal MCH and Tribal Head Start in Coeur d'Alene
Concerns regarding finding more children
