In these days of ever-shrinking budgets and overwhelming caseloads, it becomes more important than ever to collaborate for effective service provision and use of funds. Linking students and families to appropriate resources as early as possible in the transition process is a critical step. During this session, Rhonda Shumway from Miles City Vocational Rehabilitation will join Jackie Rammelt, WIA Youth Case Manager and Rebecca Clarke, One-Stop Manager, both from the District VI HRDC in Lewistown, to present information about what services are available through one-stops, VR and WIA. Rural Institute staff will share student scenarios demonstrating how to creatively blend and braid services and funding from multiple agencies to achieve successful transition outcomes for youth with disabilities.

The session will be broadcast over speaker phone, accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation and facilitated by an on-site volunteer.

**If you are unable to attend one of these locations but wish to participate, contact Kim Brown at 888-648-7267 or 406-243-4852, or by email at brown@ruralinstitute.umt.edu; or Ellen Condon at 406-243-4134 or by email at condon@ruralinstitute.umt.edu by 3/28/05.

PLEASE RSVP BY 3/28/05 TO ENSURE THAT AN ADEQUATE NUMBER OF PACKETS ARE SHIPPED TO EACH SITE.
