This teleconference builds upon earlier sessions, in which participants learned about Customized Employment strategies and how to design custom-tailored employment by: conducting Discovery, capturing the information in a Vocational Profile, and facilitating Employment Planning Meetings. Presenters will describe how to use this information to create both school/agency and individual job seeker Representational Portfolios…essential tools of Customized Employment negotiations.

The session will be broadcast over speaker phone, accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation and facilitated by an on-site volunteer.
